Sleep bath milk is an aroma infused treatment with natural Epsom salts, pink Himalayan salts and coconut milk. We have carefully blended pure essential oils, lavender, patchouli and bergamot, creating a luxury bath or foot soak to help you drift off to sleep.

DIRECTIONS: Dissolve 1-2 handfuls into warm running water. Soak for 15-20 minutes, allowing the salts to work their magic.
Also available as a refill option in a compostable bag.
Store in a cool dry place. For external use only, avoid direct eye contact or broken skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use.
