We currently ship orders only within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class service.
We aim to process and pack orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date of your order.
Local delivery options are available on the first and last Friday of very month for orders placed before 9pm on Thursday evening. * Subject to change
We hope that you enjoy all of our products, however, If for any reason you are not satisfied please get in touch at email@example.com and will be happy to refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of our products, the items must be unused and in the same condition as when dispatched. Please return in the original packaging with any details that can help us improve our service in the future.
Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. The cost of returns postage will not be refunded.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please let us know and we will issue a full refund.
